Recruitment
Process
TestPro will try to respond

shortest possible timeframe.

drawn out due to reasons
outside of TestPro’s
control.
TestPro’s recruitment
process generally includes the
following:

Initial selection
against criteria
and experience.

Introductory
face-to-face or
phone interviews.

Technically driven
face-to-face or
telephone based
interviews.

Some of our clients
may also like to
meet our
prospective
candidates.
TestPro tries to complete
the process in the shortest
possible timeframe. Candidates
who do not receive any feedback
within a 2 week timeframe
should deem their application
as unsuccessful.
All candidates whom are
successful through the initial
recruitment phase are required
to supply 2 references who can
be contacted by phone. Due to
the nature of our clients
industries, candidates may be
required to pass a national (or
international) security
check.
