Consultants within TestPro experience continuous growth, personal development and the ability to draw upon an extensive database of skills and knowledge. In addition, you’ll be able to draw upon ongoing support as you tackle a multitude of challenging and rewarding projects.

If you need your own desk where you can pin up your family photos, then this isn’t the role for you.

Recruitment Process

TestPro will try to respond to all applications in the shortest possible timeframe. Sometimes positions may be drawn out due to reasons outside of TestPro’s control.

TestPro’s recruitment process generally includes the following:

  • Initial selection against criteria and experience.
  • Introductory face-to-face or phone interviews.
  • Technically driven face-to-face or telephone based interviews.
  • Some of our clients may also like to meet our prospective candidates.

TestPro tries to complete the process in the shortest possible timeframe. Candidates who do not receive any feedback within a 2 week timeframe should deem their application as unsuccessful.

All candidates whom are successful through the initial recruitment phase are required to supply 2 references who can be contacted by phone. Due to the nature of our clients industries, candidates may be required to pass a national (or international) security check.
