Activities: |

- Development of test disciplines and
methodology.
- Controlling effective use of test
tools.
- Planning / reviewing testing
schedules.
- Liaising with Project Managers to
ensure adequate scheduling of test
activities.
- Ensure test activities are
adequately resourced to meet
schedules.
- Manage client expectation regarding
test schedule and deliverables.
